Artist: Willy Le Maitre & Eric Rosenzveig Artist Statement: Willy Le Maitre b. 1965 , Eric Rosenzveig b. 1960 Le Maitre & Rosenzveig have collaborated on intermedia works since 1993. Since 1999 they have developed the autonomous system The Appearance Machine, which will be shown at The New Museum, NYC in Fall, 2001. The works included for sale below are artworks produced by this machine. They have received numerous grants and awards for their installations including 2nd prize and the Public Choice Award at this year\'s LIFE 3.0 competition for artificial life artworks in Madrid and The Telefilm Canada prize at this year\'s Images Festival of Independant Film, Toronto, for best film or video at festival.
